The Executive President of the First Finance Dr. Khalid al-Sulaiti honored Mr. Sa’d
Qasem al-Mufrej, an employee at the Commercial Facilities Department, for his excellent
efforts and distinct performance during the first half year of 2009.
On this occasion, Dr. Khalid said: “The First Finance thanks its staffers for their
effective efforts and fruitful participation in pushing up production speeds, uplifting
job proficiency and accomplishing the Company’s goals, since all such activities
constitute an essential part of the clientele’s service.”
On his part, Mr.
Hamad al-Muhannadi, the Director of Administrative Affairs, confirmed
that: “The Company is keen on honoring its distinguished employees in order to motivate
them to perpetually be committed to upgrading the level of their service to customers.
Honorization is one of the Company’s aims and means for uplifting the performance
and increasing the spirit of competition among staffers. We are to accelerate the
growth of our business, increase its quality and do our best to improve our milieu
of work and
develop performance in the Company.”
At the same time, Mr. Sa’d Qasem al-Mufrej thanked Dr. al-Sulaiti for this nice
gesture which has become part and parcel of the Company’s policy towards the distinct
employees. This, for sure, will demonstrate a positive influence on the production
volume and the level of performance.
